【詩】丁章「詩を息をするように書いている」（朗読：柴田望） 〜空と風と星と詩〜 詩人 尹東柱とわたしたち2025 没後80年を想い歌う 2025年7月5日 三浦綾子記念文学館
On July 5, 2025, an event dedicated to Yun Dong-ju was held in Asahikawa City, Hokkaido.
Born as a Korean in 1917 and died in Japan in 1945, Yun Dong-ju is now regarded as a national poet of South Korea and is widely read and loved by many people.
While a student at Doshisha University in Japan, Yun Dong-ju was arrested in 1943 during World War II on suspicion of involvement in the Korean independence movement and died in Fukuoka Prison.
This year marks the 80th anniversary of Yun Dong-ju's death. Eighty years ago in Japan, Koreans were not permitted to write poetry in their native language. We must reflect on this.
I learned about Yun Dong-ju from ZHONG ZHANG, a poet I deeply respect. At this event, I recited the poem “Writing Poetry as Naturally as Breathing.”
This poem was written by ZHONG ZHANG in response to Somaia Ramish. It is included in the poetry collection “NO JAIL CAN CONFINE YOUR POEM.”
2025年7月5日、北海道旭川市で 尹東柱に捧げるイベントを開催しました。
1917年に朝鮮人として生まれ、1945年に日本で亡くなった尹東柱は現在では韓国の国民的詩人であり、多くの人に読まれ、愛されています。
尹東柱は日本の同志社大学の学生でした。朝鮮独立運動に関与した容疑で太平洋戦争中の1943年に逮捕され、福岡刑務所で獄死しました。
今年は 尹東柱の没後80年です。80年前の日本では、朝鮮人が母国語で詩を書くことは許されなかった。私たちはそのことを考えなければならない。
私は尹東柱のことを、尊敬する詩人の丁章さんから教わりました。私はこのイベントで「詩を息をするように書いている 」という詩を朗読しました。
これは丁章さんがソマイア・ラミシュさんへの応答として書いた詩です（『NO JAIL CAN CONFINE YOUR POEM 詩の檻はない』に収録）。

Writing poetry as naturally as breathing

Writing poetry is
living for a poet
Poets write poetry as naturally as breathing
In cities where poetry has grown thin,
in prisons where poetry is locked away,
in regimes where poetry is hanged,
in order for poetry to reach outer space or the Mariana Trench,
the suffocating struggle of the poet to be a poet
threatens the poet's life.
Why does the poet still write poetry?
To live poetry—that is the poet.
The poet lives to write poetry.
Sometimes the poet writes poetry by holding their breath.
Until poetry is freed from gravity
Until poetry pierces the depths of the earth
The poet's flight and dive
Bear witness to the existence of poetry in this world
The poet lives to live poetry
Sometimes hunting with poetry
Sometimes resisting with poetry
Always loving with poetry
Poetry sustains the poet
The poet lives through poetry

丁章
詩を書くということは
詩人にとって生きること
詩人は息をするように詩を書いている
詩が薄まった都市では
詩が閉ざされた牢獄では
詩が首をくくられる政権では
詩が大気圏外やマリアナ海溝をめざすために
詩人が詩人である息苦しさが
詩人の命をおびやかす
詩人がそれでも詩を書くのは
詩を生きるため それが詩人
詩人は詩を生きるために
詩を息を止めて書くことがある
詩が重力から解放されるまで
詩が地の底をうがつまで
詩人の飛翔と潜水は
詩の存在をこの世に証す
詩人は詩を生きるために
詩でときに狩りをする
詩でときに抵抗する
詩でいつも愛し合う
詩が詩人を生かしている
詩人は詩で生きている
詩を息をするように書いている
詩の息の根を止めることはできない
